Yup,played through the new DLC and just couldn't help paint the ''best swordsman in all of Morrowind''.. :3

He's awesome though,pretty useful in combat or as a human shield.

He can be found at the Retching Netch at Raven Rock sitting at the corner.

The sharpness in the center and the far left corner being "focused out" (as well as the blade) give him movement as if he were to strike downwards.

sadly i play on the xbox/ps3, so no such thing.

Buut.. there's this pickpocketing glitch that should work, but he keeps spawning new helmets.. it's annoying. ):
